The Learning & Innovation Center is a state-of-the-art event space with a modern and professional setting, making it the ideal setting for any type of gathering. This space is equipped to accommodate business seminars, group meetings, board meetings, luncheons, receptions and more.
VSCPA members receive a 15% discount on single day rates.

Normal rental hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If outside business hours, additional charges will be incurred. Rates for services outside regular hours are $50 for every 30 minutes. Should we experience inclement weather, we'll work with you to get your event rescheduled.

The Learning & Innovation Center underwent a complete technology overhaul in 2021. Audiovisual (AV) enhancements including video conferencing; wireless handheld, lavalier and podium microphones; a paired computer/projection system; and wireless internet are available.
- No AV: Price noted above.
- Use of event space only.
- Standard AV: $192.50
- PC use, projector and screens only, with audio output from the PC.
- Advanced AV: $550
- PC use, projector, screens, cameras, microphones, Zoom app (not account) and AV assistance.
- Add-ons:
- Flip charts, paper and markers: $15 per day.
- Lapel mic: $25 per day (without AV).
- Printing: Color $1 per page/ Black and White $.50 per page.

Complimentary coffee and water are included in the price of room rentals. You may add soda beverage service for $5/day/person or combo soda and snack service for $7.50/day/person. Sodas include a variety of Coke and Pepsi products. Snacks include a variety of brand name crackers, cookies, chips, breakfast and granola bars.
The Learning & Innovation Center does not provide food service for your event, but offers usage of the kitchen area including two full-size refrigerators, two microwaves, a dishwasher, coffee, water and ice machines. Caterers should be prepared to bring food in hot boxes to keep it warm for your event as ovens are not available. We recommend selecting from our list of preferred caterers that are familiar with our facilities; however, others are permitted.
The Learning & Innovation Center does not possess an ABC license. Should you wish to serve alcohol at your event/meeting, it is your responsibility to contract with a local caterer that has an ABC license or secure your own one-time license through the Virginia ABC Commission. We require a copy of the ABC license at least five days before the scheduled event/meeting.
Parking is complimentary and available capacity is 100 parking spots.
We have a new outdoor patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas, making it an ideal space for informal lunches and breaks when the weather is nice.

All hosts/attendees of events taking place at the Learning & Innovation Center give the VSCPA permission to use your name, video, audio and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade and any other lawful purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless the photographer or videographer, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under his/her permission or authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without any limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
